What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (Lebanon only, for non-personalized items)
  • Whish is required for all orders involving personalized products and direct-to-recipient gifts

Do I need to prepay for personalized or gift orders?

Yes, all personalized products and direct-to-recipient gifts must be fully prepaid via Whish.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. Just enter their address at checkout.

For direct-to-recipient orders, payment must be made via Whish. We’ll begin processing the order as soon as your payment is received.

What does the packaging include?
  • A Mr. Julz greeting card with space for your message
  • An authentication card with the order code and a website link to product instructions
  • Wrapping paper is included by default, and wrapping is done if selected
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, under the following conditions:

Returns (for damaged or defective products):

  • Accepted within 20 days of purchase
  • Must include a photo of the damaged item, and the authentication card
  • We will send you a replacement of the same product
  • Delivery fees are covered by Mr. Julz
  • No refunds are issued

Exchanges (non-personalized items):

  • Accepted within 20 days of purchase
  • Product must be sealed, unused, and include the authentication code
  • Delivery fees are covered by the customer
  • Sale items can be exchanged based on the price paid, under the same exchange policy
How long does delivery take?
  • Lebanon: Up to 5 business days
  • International: Varies by location, courier, and item
How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Free local delivery for orders over $150
  • Express delivery available at extra cost
  • International fees vary by courier, item, and destination
